It was easy to schedule an appointment to inspect a leaking skylight. The estimator was on time and knowledgable, showing pictures to me after on-roof inspection. Options were provided and we decided to replace both 25+ yo skylights. Communication with scheduler was timely and a pleasure. We received clear instructions in advance about preparing for the installation. Installers arrived on time and workmanship was quality. Cleanup could have been more thorough but I can understand a scrap here or there finding its way into bushes. Waited to write this review now that it's rained a few times. No issues.

Great experience with this company. They replaced our skylights, and we couldnt be more pleased that we chose them among all available contractors. From the initial consultation to timely installation by professional, friendly technicians and a fair price, the entire job was well done. Highly recommend!

Quite sincerely, the service by DryHome relating to the inspection, work, and follow up on my Fairfax station home following a recent storm was nothing short of stellar. To the untrained eye, it was not obvious that there was significant damage to the roof. Mike, the insurance and roof specialist from DryHome, was not only trained, but was literally bona fide and certified expert on wind and hail damage. He was not only able to objectively, verify Damage, but also provided evidence for damage that the insurance company had either completely missed or misrepresented. Unlike the interactions I had with my insurance company, Mike was always timely, professional and thorough in our communications- He guided me through the process to ensure I was able to receive the maximum amount of coverage. The DryHome installation crew who eventually did the actual work were likewise extremely professional and thorough in their work - both inside and outside the house. (I had to get a new attic fan as well as a bathroom skylight installed.) finally, the staff at Dry Home was likewise as equally professional, courteous, and timely, and all their communications would be throughout the process. Not only would I recommend DryHome for service, I actually already did. I noticed Mike one day after my work had been done back in our neighborhood and he said that my neighbor across the street, contacted them for service on their roof. I have absolutely no regrets about having called them to take care of the roof on our home. Thanks for a great job!

We recently had four skylights replaced by DryHome Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process went very smoothly. The communication from DryHome was timely and thorough. Beny Calvillo wrote our estimate and answered all of our questions and concerns. The estimate was very fair and in line with Velux's install cost projection. On install day, the work crew showed up on time. The supervisor clearly explained the install process. The four skylights were installed professionally and the work area was cleaned. We couldn't be happier with our new skylights!

All I can say is WOW! I had skylights and sun tunnels installed recently and it has changed my life. My home is so much brighter and airy feeling than before, it is amazing! And the many cool features from the automated skylights still has me in awe. The sun tunnels have brought so much natural light inside I don't need to turn on my light in the hallway anymore, and the nightlight feature creates a moonlight ambiance that is both peaceful and useful as a nightlight for those late night bathroom trips. The ladies and gents at Dryhome Roofing were very responsive to my wants and concerns, they exceeded all my expectations. I had a very minor issue with the skylights after installation, the "President" of the company personally came to my home and brought with him the regional representative for Velux to correct the problem. To me it was a bit over top, but as a consumer it showed how above and beyond Dryhome was willing to go to make sure the problem was corrected. I will be sure to highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors and to anyone reading this review you will not be disappointed when choosing Dryhome Roofing. Thank you for the exceptional products and performance with my skylights and sun tunnels!

DryHome was exceptionally professional and helpful and thought about everything that we might need to do ahead of giving me a proposal. Especially regarding issues about replacing the skylight. they were on time and did great work. We highly recommend them!

Both of our old plexiglass skylights leaked and needed to be replaced. The new glass skylights look great and I no longer worry every time it rains. The roofing work around the skylights looks perfect too.

I have used DryHome Roofing a number of times over the years for two of my homes and they have always done an excellent job. Most recently, they installed a new roof and 3 sun tunnels for my single family home. They are knowledgeable, trust worthy and professional. I will be contacting them next for new gutters. I highly recommend them!

Replaced skylight is terrific. We had a custom skylight so it took a couple months to get the new skylight ordered . Service was terrific! Very honest when we asked about replacing another skylight but they indicated skylight was fine. Highly recommend!

I had two skylights replaced when I noticed some moisture inside my living room. I am very pleased with the work. The estimator came out right away and answered all my questions. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and even explained the possible "hidden costs" that would arise if they found certain problems during the work. They ended up finding some rotted plywood that fit into the "hidden cost" category, but because of the information from the estimator I was prepared for the possibility and happy with the transparency. That being said, I am not completely on board with providing a large deposit prior to even getting an appointment. I understand that materials must be ordered and there is uncertainty with when they could come in, but I'm certain they could provide an estimate of the time it commonly takes to come in and set a tentative appointment. This would have put me more at ease, and helped with the obvious anxiety that comes with not knowing when your leaky roof is going to be fixed. In the end, I got a last minute opening and the roof was fixed way before I was anticipating, but the departure of the scheduling process from the clarity of the estimation process should be addressed. Regardless, given the quality of the work, I would strongly recommend the company.
