Conrad installed two Velux Tubular Skylights in our living room. We are very pleased with the result. He accomplished the installation in about four hours. Conrad is very personable and easy to work with. We highly recommend working with him.

I have had a skylight and a solar fan by Conrad for over a year. Both have held up greatbduring torrential storms. Liked the results soo much I've had him install another solar attic fan

The skylights my Dad had gotten installed 30 years ago were starting to leak pretty bad, Conrad came over and did a wonderful job in getting them replaced and in pouring down rain there is no more running for buckets to catch the drips. Peace of mind is a wonderful feeling!

We had Conrad install a sun tunnel and solar fan for us. The sun tunnel brought in so much light in the room. It was amazing. The solar fan was a real delight. Our house was hot. The attic didn't have adequate ventilation. Conrad installed the fan. The very next day we could tell a big difference. Our upstairs rooms were cooler and the air condition didn't have to work so hard. Three solar fan doesn't even make noise. I highly recommended Conrad. He's a great guy and very professional!

Today we brighten the kitchen! Tim did a fantastic job installing our sun tunnel and we look forward to not having to turn the lights on when in the kitchen. Thank you Conrad for getting us on the schedule so quickly.The reason for the one star is for the lack of customer service less than 90 days after installation. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a remedy to the problem Conrad made excuses for the product's origin. I called and left a message for information/updates for the replacement part and a week later still no return call.It is amazing how quick some businesses are to sell you a product/service and once they get the job and your money they are nowhere to be found for warranty/customer service!

Conrad installed 2 skylights for us…both look great…I have wanted a skylight for so long..it has done exactly what I thought it would do, opened up the whole room…they came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do…very pleased and happy!

Contacted Conrad to reinstall a botched Velux flashing and to finish the interior of the skylights. His work was exceptional. Resolved the flashing issue and did a stellar job on the interior finish.

Due to our home's orientation, topography, and surrounding trees, the interior was always dim even on the brightest day. Conrad and Tim installed sun tunnels (tubular skylights) in two bathrooms, a hallway, an entry way, the kitchen, and the mudroom. We can't get over the difference they are making in our light levels. Now instead of having to turn lights on every time we enter a room, we don't turn them on until the sun goes down. Even on overcast days, the additional light is enough. And the solar nightlights are terrific: bright enough to navigate by, blue to calm the eyes and brain, and eligible for the solar tax credit. Conrad is tops to work with; we're so grateful to him. Now if we could just stop thinking we have to turn lights off, lol!

Conrad installed our Tubular skylights and attic fan. The solar attic fan takes out a tremendous amount of heat that was keeping our bonus room extremely Hot. I can’t say enough about our skylights, we save so much energy not having to turn on kitchen lights. He is very courteous and professional....Highly recommend.

We wanted skylights since moving in our home. Being from Florida just can't get enough of the sunshine. Conrad gave information on the solar powered attic fan and we were sold. Not only did we get skylights also purchased the attic fan. What a difference the attic fan makes in keeping the home at comfortably level without running constantly. Conrad did a great job and very considerate on cleaning up after the work. Highly recommend Conrad for the job and definitely the skylights and attic fan. Oh, and the icing on the cake is there is a TAX CREDIT! Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!!!!!

I had Conrad update my skylight with the new VeLux that is low E glass, and I’ve noticed my room stays cooler than it was before so I am happy with it, and I recommend Conrad

I feel that these tubular skylights are my best purchase ever! I have more natural light in my home and save on electric cost.Conrad knows exactly what he is doing and is very professional, patient and informative. I had him place tubular skylights on our metal roof over 14 years ago with zero problems. He gladly and promptly came back to reseal the old seals.

I can't believe I waited so long to have them installed. Anyone thinking about getting skylights in their home, I highly recommend this company. He installed 3 skylights in one afternoon and he was so neat, I didn't even have to vacuum after he left. He's been in business for over 25 years and uses the highest quality of materials. He is so pleasant to work with and another really good thing about having them installed this year is that you can get a 30% tax credit for 2019. It goes down a little for 2020. Conrad is the BEST!!

Conrad installed two much needed attic fans, two solar blinds for our living room skylights and just recently, a sun tunnel for our very dark hallway laundry area. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitant to recommend him. He's a very dependable guy.

Conrad installed two skylights in our living room. Conrad reviewed the job, made recommendations on placement, and gave us a quote. The skylights were installed in a few days, with Conrad working very hard to beat the rain. The job was done to our complete satisfaction. The electrician (Rueben) Conrad used was excellent, as was the drywall finisher, Johnny LaRue. We have now had the skylights for three months. No problems or issues with them. They have made a world of difference in our living room. We highly recommend Conrad for skylight installation.

Conrad Miller has replaced 3 Skylights at our home that were originally installed in 1983, we will soon be having a 4th replaced. Conrad installed the self cleaning glass in these skylights and they are wonderful to say the least. It is amazing how clean the glass becomes after a rain, it looks like there is no window at all. Several areas of our home were extremely dark, including the kitchen. We had 4 tubular skylights installed. The difference is amazing. One went in the laundry area which had no natural light. Now I can do laundry without turning on a light. We put two in the kitchen and the transformation is astounding. Conrad is very easy to work with. He made excellent suggestions. Just sorry we didn't do this sooner.

Conrad's skylight work was amazing! Efficient, thorough, and superb installation. But the really amazing thing is the skylights themselves. Wonderful daylight comes streaming into our kitchen area via two skylights strategically placed! Has transformed the feel of the space. Also have one in the master closet and a windowless bath. Resources well spent!
