We chose Skylight Masters based on reviews of others . John Burton was informative and professional. The project was to replace two 30 year old Velez skylights. The skylights were replaced and we are very happy with the results. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure our expectations were met before they left-our house.They were meticulous about clean up after completion of the job. We would highly recommend Skylights Masters.

In my first encounter with Skylight Masters, I inquired about a quote regards to the replacement of two skylight windows. My call was immediately transferred to John Burton, the gentleman who manages Skylight Masters. He spoke with me for nearly 30 minutes gathering the data required to provide a quote, and he assured me of a cost estimation asap. By close of business, John sent me an email thanking me "for the opportunity to assist you with this request." Attached was a full-blown, detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, installation specifications, warranty options, and more. Below is an excerpt from the end of John's email.Granted, at this stage no work has been completed; nonetheless, part of the "services" rendered includes all that I received today which amounts to a high caliber, informative proposal delivered at the speed of light. This is customer service at its best, and is a likely indication of the high caliber work that will be delivered. Really quality work! They replaced our old, inefficient skylight with a beautiful replacement that had an energy saving retractable shade. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. The installers were very nice and hardworking. We highly recommend them!
