Wow!!! That was our reaction after our new skylight was installed today! Samy is THE BEST!!! He was up on the roof working when he texted my husband roof damage caused by a previous leak and a bad repair job. He said he would repair it. Boy did he!!! We are grateful for Samy and his honesty and hard work. He had to remove and replace. Lot of shingles and he knew we had dogs and collected all the nails in his pouch to keep our dogs safe. So appreciate that! We highly recommend Samy!!!

Samy and his crew installed two Velux lights in our Living room. He was terrific. He cared about the aesthetics as much as the technical installation and walked us through the options thoroughly. He was highly competent, efficient and a good person. I highly recommend Natural Home Lite to anyone considering Velux skylights.

We are very pleased with our new skylights! Samy and Eugene were conscientious and precise in every detail from the ordering, to scheduling and the installation! These two guys did all the work and were so thorough- even in the cleanup! We can't say enough positive things about them! The skylights look amazing and we can't believe the difference they have made in our home. "Let there be light!" Our two cats have found new places to sunbathe on cold winter days here in the mountains, and my plants are happy, too! We look forward to having you back for another project! I was experiencing a small leak in my Velux skylight and decided to call Natural Home Lite due to they are a certified installer in the Velux website. I appreciated that the salesman, Lars, was not pushy and offered options(Repair & Replacement). I chose to repair and will replace next year. Alex arrived to do the repair work, was thorough, friendly, explained what he did, and left the area looking clean. I can only say good things about my complete experience with Natural Home Lite!

Our family had two skylights replaced with Natural Home Lite and the experience was seamless, from the sales team to the installation team. We want to especially thank Alex and Christopher, our installers, for an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, tidy, quick, timely, and so easy to talk with, thank you both! The quality of the product versus the cost is also great! The standard skylights come with an easy to use remote control to raise and lower the included shade. The vented skylights come with a remote control, shade, and screen to keep critters out.We would use them again for sure.

I had an excellent experience with Natural Home Lite. Lars was very knowledgable at our initial consult, and the install crew led by Alex was courteous (called to let me know they were coming) and worked efficiently, even during the heat wave. Alex was invested in making my home more magical with these skylights, particularly for our girls' room that is a converted attic space and (previously) very dark. He took the time to measure their bunkbed height so they could both see out with their heads on their pillows while balancing an overall good level for the install. They now get to fall asleep watching the sky for their childhood (and so do we!). The difference is truly stunning and the finishing work is top notch. The second photo is a trick of the camera that darkened the surroundings but shows how big the skylight is - the third photo shows how lovely the light is. The skylight shades also block the light as well or better than any normal window blinds or curtains when needed. Thanks Natural Home Lite!

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Natural Home lite! My sun tunnels are beautiful and definitely light up my home. The whole team was great to work with from my intitial contact with Lars and the installation team! Chris, Alex and Andre were great to work with and respectful of my home and cleaning up afterwards. Emily was also great to work with throughout on the administrative end with keeping me updated. The whole experience was very positive and I would highly recommend them to install your sun tunnels and skylights!

It was easy to work with Natural Home Lite for the replacement of my 23 year old skylight. The took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. The team showed up on time and was very efficient with their install. The new skylight looks great from the outside and inside. The 10 year warranty is added comfort. Would use this company again.

The first company I contacted claim they could not install my light due to my attic construction. Alex came out, not only only installed the light but the price was also lower. Can't say enough about the whole process from quoteto completion all within a couple of days. We are very happy with the light and it really adds to the remodel of our bathroom. These are the guys to call if your considering a tube or skylight.

Lars and his team are true professionals. I've had my skylights installed for 25 years and was having issues with one of them. They came into my home and found the issue right away and it wasn't nearly as "bad" as I had thought. I wasn't pressured into buying a new one, but rather was told what I needed to have done and that my skylights were in great shape for their age! I was overjoyed. When it is time to replace them, I know right where I plan to go! Thank you Lars and Natural Home Lite!

We had some very old skylights with the plastic domes over them. We chose Natural Home Lite because of the reviews. We absolutely love the new skylights and could not be happier with them. 3 skylights were replaced in one day! The crew was very careful during the whole process and did a great job. The experience with this company was Fabulous! We knew we had to replace 3 skylights and from the moment we called the whole process was exceptional. Mike came and analyzed, measured and explained why our old ones needed to be replaced. There was no pressure whatsoever. Velux is a great product. Alex and Dennis installed the skylights. One was 4' by 6' on the second story! They worked all afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this company. Please give them a call if you are considering new skylights. They are the experts!

These guys saved the day!!! The company I had originally contracted with decided they no longer had the resources to complete the job for me. Mike and his team stepped in and went out of their way to help me with my skylight install. Denis was the lead installer and was on time, polite, and did great work. I would 100% recommend these guys for anyone needing a new install or replacement.

I needed to replace old and leaking skylights. I researched several companies and the only one who actually knew anything about skylights and returned my call was Natural Home Lite. Mike was on time and took great care to explain the process to me. The installer was such a hard worker and was very respectful of the property. He completed the outside portion of the three skylights in one day and only needed a couple of hours the next day to finish the inside work. He was also very helpful in explaining the remotes and workings of the motorized blinds. I am so pleased with the skylights and am able to say goodbye to leaks and ceiling damage. I am also able to take a tax write-off next year.You will not be disappointed in using a company that knows their product as well as Natural Home Lite.

We had Natural Home Lite come to our home and replace our 30 year old skylights. Everyone I spoke to at Natural Home Lite was professional. Ali, Mike, and his installation team never missed a deadline. They did what they said and even went above those expectations. When it comes to having a window on your roof you don't want to cut corners. Mike and his team use the best skylight on the market and I could tell that his install team was well trained and knew what they were doing. I sleep well knowing that our skylights will easily last another 30 years.

Natural Home Lite was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough - everything you want in home improvement! Our new skylights are beautiful and high-quality. Their skill and workmanship is top-notch...you would never know they opened up our roof, took out our old leaky skylights, and installed beautiful new ones! They left no trace on the inside or on our roof!And the Velux skylights themselves are amazing! They have solar-powered shades that allow us block out the sun during the heat of the day, and open them up at other times to light the light in! Beautiful!

Considering all the contract works I had, Natural Home Lite was the best company I worked with. They are punctual, what they promised was delivered, when they told they will be there at 9AM, then they called at 8:30 that they will be 10 minutes early. They promised the work will be 2 days, and it was. The skylight works perfectly, we just cannot imagine how did we live without it. 100% recommended company!

We have hired Natural Home Lite on two occasions and have been so happy with their work and the overall experience that I've no doubt we'll be hiring them again. The first time (in 2017) we had them install a solar tube in our bathroom. The difference was amazing and the work was great as we've had no issues with that at all. Last year (2018), after meeting with them and going over various option, we had them install 3 skylights. For this job we feel the company went above and beyond as the two employees who did the work came up from Charlotte and spent the week in Greensboro. They were great with our children and did excellent work. The skylights completely brightened up the rooms and perhaps most telling - in the four months after the work was done two hurricanes & a huge snow storm came through and there have been no issues whatsoever. The owner even called us before the first hurricane to let us know they stand by their work and that if there were any issues we should let them know.

Natural Home lite did a great job replacing a broken skylight for us. Mike was on time and courteous for the estimate. He gave us a great price (we shopped around) and was very knowledgeable. The guys that did the installation were also on time and very neat. We’ve had it for several months now and have had no issues. I would definitely hire them again!

Natural Home Lite did an excellent job of replacing multiple skylights that were 30 + years old. We really like Mike who did our estimate and plan. The new skylights look great and they are high tech with solar operated blinds that close and open automatically. We are more comfortable and our AC bills are down. The installation team was great, arrived on time and generated amazingly little debris in the house. They had laid out plastic before they started and we barely needed to vacuum afterwards. They added a tubular skylight that really brightened up a darkish bedroom. All now tested by torrential wind driven rain. Yes. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

These guys were perfect! If you are looking for Skylights or suntubes Mike Towsends team are THE ones to hire. Mike arrived on time to go over what we wanted and provided brochures showing the options open to us. He provided good impartial advice as to size and positioning. He sent us examples if his previous jobs that specifically highlighted points raised during our meeting. Once my partner and I decided to go ahead Mike provided us with a line by line estimate (no mystery lump sum quotes here). The date for work to begin was set. A couple of days before, Mike emailed us reconfirming the start date and time. On the day his two man crew arrived. Alex took time to review the plan with me and ensure nothing had changed. Then he and Dennis lined out where the skylights were going and got the final ok from me.The guys worked cleanly and professionally throughout the duration of the two day installation. They both went that step beyond to ensure the job went smoothly and with the least impact to our household.Near the end Mike showed up and checked with me that all was well.Once complete Alex went through the remote for the blinds with me and checked with me that we were happy. We are both thrilled with the results and with the execution of the entire project.My partner says she would not hesitate in hireing Mike Towsends crew for future projects which is praise indeed. We have hired so call “professionals” before and been less than impressed, but these guys are by far the best by a long way (we wish they could do all our projects :) ).
