Horrible experience. I had reached out to them to install (5) skylights in my home. Had a good quote and paid the 50% deposit (over $8K). Unfortunately as luck would have it I ended up having to sell my house and so I needed to cancel the order. They informed me of a restocking fee, which was understandable, but also a cancellation fee which the amount was not disclosed. Fast forward 2 years later and I have yet to receive the check for my refund. I keep getting excuse after excuse that it's in the mail, or was sent to my previous address. Just an overall bad experience. I would stay away from this vendor.

Hired Zack to install new skylights in the family room and relocate an existing skylight in the guest bathroom. Best experience I have ever had dealing with contractors. Zack responded to all my questions promptly and accommodated my special request the best he could. The team did an excellent job while trying to minimize the disruption inside the house. Overall, we had a great experience, and would highly recommend Zack to anyone considering adding skylights.

I contacted 8 local skylight contractors. Only 2 of them verified that my old skylight was actually a 30+ yrs old European roof window: one old gent and Zach. Both are Velux certified, but only Zach's team followed through with a big plus: their price quotes are the most honest and reasonable. I'd learnt this after multiple interviews with contractors. The process for roof window isn't straight forward as skylight because it is shipped from oversea. Still well worth it: the roof window has a ventilation flop that does amazingly well keeping indoor air fresh and cool even during the scorching summer days. Zach and Waleed are courteous and professional. Their works are immaculate. The response is slow sometime, but be patient. They do respond and follow up. A+++ to the team and for the job well done!

I have VELUX skylights. After a service call I was referred to this company in January. Never heard from them. I called several times and generally never an answer with the exception of one time: a female answered in a rushed voice and said she was away from her desk and she would call me right back. Never heard from here again. I had to call back to VELUX to get another vendor to help me. Now over two months later, I get an email response from Renaissance. What sort of business is this? Perhaps a 1-2 person show? I have no clue but I’d take my business elsewhere if I were you. Imagine when you really need any warranty service - you’re not gonna get it from this place.
