Great at taking appointments. Not so great at showing up or ever contacting to reschedule. I assume adding "Southern Arizona" to their name is to come off as local but I was told they were busy with a job in California. The woman that actually did the scheduling was very friendly and seemed like she was actually doing something so I can't blame her. So she gets all three stars which is more than I'd like to give. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. Skylights and roof are being taken care of elsewhere.

Dan Thatcher and Melonie are absolute professionals, including the whole team. I've been working with Southern Arizona Roof Associates for any of my skylight service needs and will continue to because they provide top notch customer service whether the job is big or small. They have an excellent selection of skylights from double pane Velux skylights to the new polycarbonate styles. If you want a quality professional installation from roofs to skylight installations, I would highly recommend you go with Southern Arizona Roof Associates !!!!

Transformative. Trustworthy. Top-notch! We purchased a house built in '86, it needed work to say the least. We couldn't have anticipated the leak in our kitchen which, thanks to Southern Arizona Roof Associates' team, identified as bad flashing work around the chimney. While forced to deal with the roof repair and subsequent replacement of warped / rotting wood, we elected to remove the chimney / fireplace altogether which closed off our kitchen and in their place: two large Velux glass skylights. It improved the interior of our home immensely. No more leaks! Beautiful natural light only accentuated our vaulted ceilings, and even the moonlight gently illuminates our new open-floor plan kitchen / dining room. We can even close the blinds with a tap from our phones. And the exterior is so striking, our neighbors (many of whom have chimneys in the exact same spot) have asked for our contractor's name wanting the exact same service! Throughout the process, I learned too much about what poor work had been done prior to us owning the home, my wife and I couldn't recommend highly enough Roofer Dan (that's what we call him) and the whole SARA crew!

From start to finish, this project was perfectly managed. I always knew what was happening every step of the way. I had a premium roof installed, insulation and 2 Velux skylights. I have already noticed a savings in my heating bill. The unfiltered light that comes in the Velux skylights brings the outdoors into my house AND they are energy efficient. Locally owned, and family operated, I would recommend Southern Arizona Roof Associates to anyone. Thanks, Dan!

Southern Arizona Roof Associates did a great job on our roof and skylights. Starting from our first interaction, we had a positive experience. We are very happy with the results, and the skylights are a great addition to our living room. The workers were very professional and kept the area clean. Highly recommend.
